I have some formula for a healthy life. In my eyes, we should build up an right attitude of keeping fit. Every weekend, we can have some gentle sports. For example: doing more with running and swimming. It can help to increase your strength and energy. Eating balance also takes an important part.So,we should eat nutritious food like vegetables and fruits. It is better than eat too much junk food and some food which is rich of fat and sugar.
Eat right, exercise and get plenty of sleep.
